Al Diaz, SPE, has been seen most recently on the cover of PM Network. He was recognized by PMI for his work as a project manager for North Pailin Gas Development Project, one of three finalists for Project of the Year (the other two were the rebuilding of the Pentagon and the Salt Lake City Olympics).
