Tulsa based companyseeking a strong PM with experience in Business Transformation while working with multiple levels of management and departments. Salary depends on experience. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and document electronically understanding of current business process areas and identify breakthrough improvement opportunities (manufacturing industry for oil & gas)
- Build virtual work streams and work with geographically dispersed partners to design optimal target regions
- Interact with influential subject matter experts to drive efforts to successful conclusion.
- Build expertise around process design, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Create business environment driven by facts and critical operating metrics, and maintain a healthy tension to effectively challenge the status quo.
